The
fall season has begun at Little Specialty Shop! It's time to dig
out your brand name back to school fashions and consign them early for
the best return on your $.
As always, clothing must be freshly
laundered and pressed and presented on hangers anytime during
business hours.
Nothing more than 3 years old
please.
While you're in the closet,
dig out your Halloween costumes. We want to be ready with
a fantastic selection this year!
*Please
note: We will no longer be consigning jewelry. We gave it a
whirl and discovered that our customers prefer to buy new jewelry items.

 Did you guess it?
Vickie came back
from Chicago in Oprah's pants! Resale is so huge that even Oprah
has a section of her store devoted to selling "used "
fashions.
For the month of
July, Oprah's jeans will be on display at Little Specialty
Shop. You can bid on these jeans in a silent auction to be held
August 15th. All $ raised will be donated to our local Habitat for
Humanity project.

 Chicago finds!
She
came, she saw, she shopped a little!
Since
Vickie was in Indianapolis for the international resale conference
anyway, she decided to take a little road trip and attend the Chicago
markets to bring us back some goodies! Get in and see all
the new bling while selection is at it's best!

 Your life just got a little easier!
Little
Specialty shop will be adding another service this week! Beginning
July 10th, you'll be able to view your account activity online. This
will allow you to check account balances, retrieval dates, and available
inventory. An email will follow with details.
While
checking your account, check out the items in our online store!
We've been busy getting it ready for you!

Home Edition
Demand is great for your previously loved home decor and
furnishings! We're having a hard time keeping up to our
customers wishes. Consign your decor items anytime during
business hours.
Furniture must be pre-approved by photo before consigning
it. Simply email Vickie a photo or bring it into the shop. It
only takes a minute and you'll have all that space to use!
Remember, new items arrive daily in both Little Specialty
Shop stores.
Weekends are especially busy for home decor and
furniture. Pete has gotten onto this shopping thing
too! So, you should always check Little Specialty Shop Home Edition the
first of every week!

Junk in the
trunk sale is back! Saturday July 19th will be a busy day in
Sensational Smiths Falls! The Chocolate and Railway festival is
on, trunk sales on Beckwith St. and merchant sidewalk sales. Come
on out and enjoy the fun!

Tell
us what you think! There was a lot of discussion at conference
about whether clothing should be separated into categories or not.
As you know, Vickie is the queen of moving the shop around so we're just
wondering.....would you like to see all tops together simply divided by
size and colour or do you like to have the categories? ie:
dressy tops, button front's, tees, sweaters, etc. Take a minute and
